[4] Insert and Attach Pin to Rod.
Remove the Combined Aiming Device and insert the pin through the bone and both clamps.
Wrench-tighten all nuts.
Note: When using the 5.0 mm Steinmann Pin
in hard hone, the near cortex may be predrilled
with the 4.5 mm Drill Bit.
