Removing the Threaded Conical Bolt
To prevent cross-threading of the conical bolt in the nail, the
Threaded Conical Bolt must be removed properly. This entails using
the Insertion Handle to resist the torque present upon removal ofti
conical bolt. Because the tabs of the Insertion Handle engage the
positioning notches of the proximal nail end, distortion of the nail is
prevented, and the conical bolt is easily removed.
