Turn the End Piece with double joint (B) onto the threaded spindle 2.   Turn the End Piece with double joint (B) onto the threaded spindle, so that the rod and end piece are flush. If the end piece is positioned correctly, the transverse hole will be centered in the slot of the end piece.
