1. Insert the 11.0 mm/8.0 mm Protection Sleeve, with 8.0 mm Trocar
inserted, through the appropriate drill hole in the Insertion Handle.
Make a stab incision through the skin at the point where the trocar
touches the skin. Pass the protection sleeve with trocar through the
incision and onto bone.
