Technique Note:
To dynamize a "Z-frame" with Titanium Tube-to-Tube Clamps, the proximal Schanz screws must be parallel (permitting two parallel proximal bars) and in the axial plane (restricting the fragment to axial gliding). See Increasing Load-Sharing section of this guide.
